3.  Dial 1800-1800-1234 From Your Registered Paytm Mobile Number. 

     After Dial toll free number, Set Your 4 Digit Paytm Pin.

4.  Dial 1800-1800-1234.

     Enter Recipient’s Mobile Number & Account.
     Conform Paytm Pin & Pay.

Now you need not to worry about your internet pack or server down issues.
